Water
dispensers in the UK usually mean bottled water dispensers.
These are often supplied free - if you buy the bottles.
Not only are these are hassle to refill (you have to hoist
a very heavy, opened bottle onto the top of the dipenser)
- but at 70p a litre they're also pricey.
And
bottled mineral water doesn't necessarily guarantee quality.
(It is quite commonly tap water that has been filtered
and then had minerals added).
Water
Quality
As
far as purified water dispensers go, these simply connect
to your kitchen water supply. How good the water is depends
on the quality of the filter. We use a high performing,
recently developed latest generation filter (see
performance details).
Information
on the filter quality of other units on the market aren't
readily available. So try to check it with the company
selling you the unit.
Price
Comparisons
You
may already have seen that most other bottle-free dispensers
cost in the region of £700 or more wheras ours start
at £475.
You
may understandably wonder why ours are so much cheaper
and whether this means it's because they're inferior to
the more expensive ones.
We're
happy to let you know that this is not the case.
Our water dispensers are brand leaders and incorporate
many features not found in other systems.
The
thing to bear in mind is that products are priced not
according to manufacturing costs, but to whatever the
company feels they will be able to get.
Quality
is a fact. Pricing is a choice.
We
aim to offer you a fair deal. Clean water at a fair price
