Water Filters vs Bottled water

Not all bottled mineral water is what it might seem.

It is quite commonly tap water that has been filtered and then had minerals added.

If the label says “spring water” then it might have actually come from a natural spring but this water is still processed and artificially contained for long periods of time in plastic bottles.

These bottles often sit in the sun, either at the storage depots or while on display.

The effects of plastic containers leeching into the water has not been studied in detail but some scientists are concerned about the potential effects on our health.
