Water Filters Order and Shipping Info

All prices are inclusive of VAT except where stated

The water filters are dispatched every working day at 3.30 pm by First Class post or special courier - depending on the product - for next day delivery. (eg if you order before 3.00 pm you should get your water filter the following day. (Excluding Sundays / Bank holidays).

We guarantee that orders received before 2 pm are dispatched that day

Most filters are designed for easy installation. No plumber is required.

However if you'd prefer to have it fitted by someone else any local handyman should be able to do the job quickly.

Excellent, friendly and free customer support is available during UK office hours.

Replacement filters: we will remind you as and when you should replace the filter. (Usually every 6 months).

Replacing a filter is very easy and will take two or three minutes.
