Thank you for your e-mail, most courteous, yes we have received the filters, THE VERY NEXT MORNING and I only ordered them at mid-day the previous day. Thank for your email, I was very impressed with your prompt response to my order and with the filters. I have found from experience that they last a lot longer than 6 months, I think that I probably over did it but the last one soldiered on for nearly 3 years. However I think that is because we are connected to mains water. Having said that I will certainly order from you again John R 16/03/07
