If
for any reason you change your mind about your
purchase within 90 days of receiving the goods,
you can return the product, in its original condition,
for a full and complete refund.
However,
please note that due to the nature of the products,
and the health and safety implications caused
by them being used and/or fitted, they must be
returned unused.
The
above condition does not apply to the whole
house water filters or when you buy a new
undersink water filter housing unit to replace
another make of water filter
Other
goods which have been used in any way will only
be refunded if they prove to be faulty, or damaged.
Whole
of house filter refunds may be refused if the
casing has been badly damaged and cannot be used
again. Please note this will be difficult to achieve
as it is made of metal !
To
claim your refund or exchange simply return the
item to us with an explanation note stating your
name and address clearly.
Please
send using a proof of postage service like recorded
or special delivery in case the goods go missing.
We reserve the right not to refund if we do not
receive the goods
Terms
In
addition a warranty is supplied on most
of the systems and products. This warranty is
limited to faults which occur through normal operational
usage of the products. We will not be liable for
any consequential damage caused by the products
failing, or being installed incorrectly.
Please
note that your contract and warranty exist with
the manufacturer. While we will be happy to put
you in contact with them we will not be able to
influence their decisions in relation to you.
In
some instances we reserve the right to charge
for our postage costs and / or a restocking fee
of up to 15% of the purchase price. This will
not necessarily be enforced. It is simply to prevent
flippant returns ie goods purchased and returned
for no particular reason.
However,
if the product you bought was the wrong type or
there was some other misunderstanding please rest
assured that this will not be applied.
When
returning an item for a refund or exchange you
are advised to use a postal service that gives
you proof of postage in case the item goes missing
in the post.
All
goods are sent via insured delivery.
The
manufacturers will usually replace any product
which is damaged in transit immediately and deal
with the courier firm to seek compensation themselves.
Some
of the water filter products may be different
to the photos shown here. This is highly unlikely
and would only be due to the constant technical
improvements being developed by the manufacturers.
