Product Description

Our Flow-King RO130 Filters All the Water to Your Property and Operates on the Following Basis

Water feed 130L / hour

(Please note this unit is an upgrade on the previously offered RO80 - 80 litres per hour unit - which is discontinued.)

The system can feed either direct flow or into a header tank from which you draw your water

A float switch (supplied) prompts the RO to start up when the header tank hits the pre-set level

The RO comes with a booster pump to feed the water into the header tank

Please note: This pump is noisy and you probably want to site the unit in its own plant / utility room.

Min incoming pressure required is 2 Bar (or 3 Bar if using a water softener - recommended in hard water areas read more)

A pressure sensor on the RO inlet will shut the unit if the incoming pressure is not high enough.

Is this a Domestic or a Commercial RO

Think of this unit more as a budget commercial RO. The complex looking digital control panel means it will look forbidding to the average householder.

Full instructions are provided. A competent plumber should easily be able to fit this unit. Understanding the principle of how RO works ie setting level switches and understanding RO waste water etc is advisable.

Cartridge Changes

You need 2 filters. A 5 micron carbon block filter and the membrane.

The frequency of renewing these depends on the quality of the incoming water.

Typically the pre-filters are changed every 3 months and membranes on good quality, mains water every 2 years. On bore hole water it could be annually.

You will know when to change the membrane from your TDS readings - the level depends on your preference and the RO's application. It will also depend on the amount of water being used.

The more you use it the more frequently you'll need to change the filters.

Pay Extra for First Class

BUT please note while 95% do arrive next day this is not guaranteed.

However arrival within two working days is almost certain.
