The tap tail / shank screwthread is 7/16ths inches

Normally you can use the plastic olive provided to connect the 6mm pipe (this goes up inside the tail). The 7/16ths thread is on the outside. You can adapt to various other tube sizes from that.

About the Tap Base

If you need a larger diameter base we could send you an extra disc that measures 45mm.

The tap tail is 12mm wide so you need a 13mm wide hole in the base - this is easily drilled in most countetop sinks.

But please note this disc is for a different tap and is chrome.

If you want to see how they look together - it looks OK to us but tastes vary! - we can send it out with the tap. If it doesnt look right for you, you can send it all back for a full refund - but please keep the box etc as this tap must be unused / re-sellable when returned. (Taking the tap out of its plastic bag to see how it looks is fine).
