What You Have to Do
NOTE: It’s really important that you follow the exact instructions for taking a sample. It’s not rocket science but you need to follow these 3 simple steps

- Put the provided Ice Pack in your freezer overnight before sampling, (This keeps your sample cool.)
- Take your water sample, following the easy instructions.
- Send it to the lab within 2 to 3 hours of sampling.
Sending Your Sample Back to the Lab
- Simply take your sample box to any post office and tell them it is pre-paid special delivery.
They will scan the label and ask a standard security question, 'What's in the box?'.
You tell them it is just 'clean water going to a lab for testing'. - Do not send the sample on a Friday, or it will spoil over the weekend.
- Wait for the lab to email you your report.

How long Will it Take?
