Order before 4 pm on any working day and we guarantee your order will be sent out the same day (not on weekends)

(To be honest we often manage to send them even after 4pm - up till 6pm. But we can't promise that).

All prices on the website include delivery charges and VAT except where stated otherwise.


Your Standard "Free Delivery Included" is Second Class

This usually takes between 3 to 5 working days ie does not count weekends or Bank Holidays


You Can Pay Extra for First Class

You also have the option at checkout to pay extra for First Class.

This should result in next day working delivery to mainland UK.

BUT please note while 95% do arrive next day this is not guaranteed.

However arrival within two working days is almost certain.

We recommend you do not arrange for a plumber or handyman to be on site until you have the water filter in hand. (It's Murphy's Law that while 95% of deliveries come on time if you're waiting for it the filter won't arrive when expected).

About Fitting Your New Filter

Most filters are designed for easy installation. No plumber is required.

However if you'd prefer to have it fitted by someone else any local handyman should be able to do the job quickly.

Friendly and free customer support is available during UK office hours.

Replacement filters: we will remind you as and when you should replace the filter. (Usually every 6 months).

Replacing a filter is very easy and will usually take only a few minutes.
