Don't worry:
Simply check your existing fridge water filter to make sure of the following:
1) It is an external "in-line" type filter
2) It is sausage shaped (similar to the picture)
3) Please check the plastic piping (ie which takes the water from the filter into the fridge).
If yes to all the above then we do supply replacements.
The cartridge we supply is not made by NEFF . However, it is at least as good in quality.
