12 Litre Reverse Osmosis Water Storage tank

Free standing, connects to your RO unit by tube.

Includes free in/out valve / for 1/4 inch OD tubing

The unit can be placed several yards away from the RO system.

Auto shut-off/on when full

Note: 12L size is based on the actual external volume of the tank - not the amount of water it holds when full.

The internal bladder that holds the water inside of the tank will actually hold between 5 to 9 litres of water (This depends on your incoming water pressure).

If you need more water to be held in reserve you can easily twin these tanks together - using simple "T"s - which we can supply.

Or if you prefer a bigger tank we have them for you!

420 mm High x 280 mm wide

This storage vessel can be placed several yards from the RO unit.

Depending on distance between tank and the RO system and your local water pressure a small pump might be required. The easiest way to find out is to fit it and see if you are happy with the flow rate from the tap. If not you could retro-fit a pump.

About the Materials Inside this Reverse Osmosis Tank

Made from highly durable steel. This is the external casing which the water doesn't touch.

Instead, the RO purified water is stored inside an airtight rubber bladder / diaphragm.

The diaphragm is made from "butyl rubber" which is lined with polypropylene - a commonly used food grade plastic (see "Hazard data" below).

All these materials are industry standard. We have never come across and other type of materials for Reverse Osmosis storage tanks - and, collectively, we've been in water filtration for over 50 years.

(Bear in mind that after leaving the tank the water is purified even further by the post filters).
